This comfortable home is located within easy freeway access, making it a breeze to visit Sand Hollow Reservoir or Zion National Park. Enjoy a day in the sun exploring all that southern Utah has to offer, whether by splashing in the waves at Sand Hollow, hiking around the breathtaking views of Zion National Park, exploring historic downtown Saint George, or even hitting the links at some of Utahs favorite golf courses. As the sun sets, come home to your own desert paradise and cook some delicious food on the grill or in the kitchen. Enjoy an evening under the stars as you sit around the outdoor fireplace, or come inside to watch a movie on the provided DVD player. No matter what you enjoy, Zion Villa at Coral Springs will have something for you!

This welcoming 3-Bedroom 2-Bathroom home can sleep 9 people comfortably, or with the use of a queen air mattress, fit as many as 11 people for your desert vacation! The master suite hosts a King bed and a TV, as well as a beautiful ensuite bathroom, including a soaker tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and shares a full hall bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has 1 queen bed and a triple twin bunk bed with a TV and PS4. If you are bringing a small trailer with you, there is a designated parking spot just for your trailer in the connected parking garage! Your kids will love using the provided pool toys at the complex pool, and kids and adults alike will enjoy using the pickleball supplies at the on-site pickleball courts! With so many things to do and explore, Zion Villa at Coral Springs is sure to be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

Great property

The property was very nice. The unit is at the back of the property, so it is very quiet. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The kids enjoyed the pool. The only down side was there is no elevator to the unit.

Perfect stay

This condo is stunning and spacious. We used the pool and hot tub everyday after hiking. The kids and adults enjoyed every minute of our stay. There were plenty of entertainment options available. The communication with the property management was easy via text. We will come back!

Communication with the property was great and frequently appropriate. This was a state that was just myself and my adult daughter so we didn’t even use the third bedroom Enjoyed the large deck and short distance to pool they could use a few extra lounge chairs at the pool once the property is more crowded

This house blew us away. The detail with everything in the house was perfect. One request for future guests... a full length mirror aonewhere in the house. Maybe mounted on the wall in the maater seuite closet. Location was perfect and the house was amazing.

Beautiful property but HUGE privacy invasion and safety concern

My three teens and I stayed at the Coral Springs B8 unit for a week in July, 2024. It is well decorated and had nice amenities. Location is ok - about 10 minutes from the local Walmart, but not really much in the immediate area, other than a gas station and Mexican restaurant. Where the unit is comfortable and nice, I do have to mention a very unsettling incident that occurred. My 3 kids and I were really not at the unit very much - we had a lot of sightseeing to do, but the one day that we were not out all day, we had an unexpected visitor. We had been out in the morning and had returned to grab lunch and head back out. My son was surprised to find the front door open when he entered. I followed a few steps behind him and was met with a strange man coming out of the bedroom. I thought the unit had been broken into and feared for mine and my children's safety. The man was apparently a maintenance worker that had been called to fix a drain in another unit and came into our unit instead. There are a lot of things I should have done in retrospect, but I didn't want to upset my kids and our vacation. The experience was awful and really made me feel uneasy. I found it unprofessional and appalling that Red Sands let this incident happen. It was a huge invasion of privacy and safety concern. I would not recommend renting from Red Sands because of this incident. Red Sands did contact me a few days later with an apology, but it should have never happened.

Everything was great. Very clean and quiet. It would be beneficial to have a table outside and the sheets would be nicer if they were upgraded to cotton. If we stayed again, I would bring my own sheets. Overall, it was lovely and I would stay again.

Great property for large group

We used this property as a launching spot for our trip to Zion. The property was clean, spacious and very well stocked. It’s right next to the pool and hot tub which we enjoyed after a day of hiking. Lots of extras in kitchen like spices, baggies etc. Zion hiking was about 40 min away. We also found some local amazing hiking trails as well. (Ashdown gorge was a highlight). Easy checkin and checkout process! We would definitely recommend this property!

Unit B8 is Great!

Stayed for the weekend, just to get away. Underground parking is great. The unit was spacious, and plenty of beds for the kids to choose from. Master bedroom is away from the other rooms, and has a huge ensuite bathroom…and huge shower. The private patio is awesome, the kitchen is well stocked, and the dining table is huge…perfect for a big feast. The pool complex is great too. We had a great time. We’ll be back.

Family vacation

This property was beautiful and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, the property was perfect for kids and adults Very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools and utensils. The property mgr was very helpful and responsive to my questions as this was my first time at a VRBO property. All the amenities were great, pools were very nice. We will definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay very much. The check-in and check-out process were very simple, the games and pool toys were nice to have and we like the location right next to the freeway but it was also secluded. Thank you!
