Zion Village Getaway - Pickleball & Pool & Hot Tub l Family Friendly l Sleeps 12

Zion Village is Southern Utah's #1 resort and home to the largest private resort pool in Utah heated year round! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home will sleep 12 guests comfortably and is designed for groups/families. The community includes a gym, pool table, foosball, locker rooms with showers, pool, hot tub, lazy river, splash pad, fire pits, pickle ball courts, and more! We hope that you will return to stay with us every time you plan an adventure in Southern Utah!

We planned this home with families in mind and with luxurious comfortable mattresses for sleeping. We want you to feel like you are at home and have everything you will need for your get together. This home comtortably sleeps up to 12 guests in beds. There is a pack n play and high chair for guests with small children.

In the living room, enjoy the 10 foot by 10 foot living room couch and 2 leather chairs which can host your entire group to play games or watch a movie or a sporting event on the 65" Samsung HD smart TV. Sit down and relax or have fun together after a long day adventuring in Zion or playing a round of golf at Sand Hollow or just spending the day at the pool.

Enjoy cooking your favorite meals on our 5 burner gas stove or having a BBQ using the infrared grill hooked up to the home's natural gas line on the patio while playing corn hole in the back. Plenty of games provided in the TV console.

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a large King Sized bed with a 50" LG smart TV. Enjoy sleeping in with the blackout curtains and wake up to enjoy sitting on the private balcony while you sip a cup of coffee made at the complimentary coffee bar in the kitchen. The master Bath features a walk in closet with a pack n play for those with little children and a large tile walk in shower.

Bedroom #2 is furnished with a luxurious King Sized bed and a 50" LG smart TV and a walk in closet.

Bedroom #3 is where the kiddos can have a blast. It features 2 twin over queen bunk beds, with a twin trundle mattress under one of the queens. There is a twin mattress in the closet as well to put on the floor for an additional bed if needed. This room can sleep 8 comfortably on the six mattresses (2 queen bunks and two twins on the tops with two additional floor twin mattresses).

Enjoy your stay close to some of Southern Utah's best sites. It is conveniently located 20 miles away from Zion National park, and just a few miles away from Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir. Enjoy a round of golf at Copper Rock, Sky Mountain, or the legendary Sand Hollow Championship Course. Rent a UTV nearby and enjoy the sand dunes at Sand Hollow for a thrilling adventure. About a 2 hour drive from Bryce Canyon National Park and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

You will have access a private parking 2 car garage, to 12 pool towels, 12 bath towels, extra blankets, pillows, make up towels, blow dryers, air fryer, croc pot, blender, toaster, complimentary laundry detergent and coffee bar with creamer and sweeteners and much more.

Guests have complete and private access to the entire house along. The community amenities are shared and offer amazing options. Feel free to park in the 2 car private garage, or in the available spaces beside the unit, as well as on the street. Garage door openers and key fobs with access to the club house, gym, and pool, are located just inside the garage door.

Zion Village is a small community of less than 100 townhomes. There is shared access between the townhomes of a community clubhouse with large changing rooms with showers and lockers. There is a kitchen, foosball table, pool table, gym, and a community employee to answer any questions at the clubhouse that you may have. Enjoy the largest private swimming pool in Southern Utah, with a lazy river, splash pad for the kids, hot tub, fire pits, Pickle ball courts and more!

Pool is heated year round and is set to 85 degrees. In the cold winter months, it may be closer to 65 depending on the outside temperature due to heat loss though.
