Flot hotel med fantastisk service!
Vi havde booket en uges ophold i midten af Marts på Desert Rose Resort og har haft den bedste ferie længe! Hotellet er meget pænt, fine værelser med god plads. Der er 3 pools, 2 forbeholdt til voksne og en der er til familier + et vandland med rutsjebaner. Stranden er smuk og de har det fineste set op med strå-parasoller og små læ-vægge hvis der er vind. Servicen var helt i top, alle virkelig søde og imødekommende. Der er et team af "animators" som har et dagligt program hvor de laver pilates, yoga, morning stretch, intro til arabisk, zumba, belly-dance og meget meget mere! Der er også wind-surfing på deres private strand og kan varmt anbefales, Bakar (Youssef) som styrer biksen er dygtig til at lære fra sig. Maden var også rigtig god, de har en daglig buffet som næsten er åben hele tiden og udover dét 4 rigtige gode restauranter hvoraf den lebanesiske var vores favorit. Hele resortet er stort, rent og grønt og med smukke blomster overalt. Det er virkelig flot vedligeholdt! Kan kun anbefales og stort tak til Andrew, Mo, Howard, Bakar, Deco, Nadia og alle de andre for en virkelig dejlig ferie.

Dejligt hotel.
Desert Rose er et fint resort. Har haft en dejlig uge her. Maden er dog lettere smagsløs i hovedresturanten og sengene hårde. Men servicen er i top og rigtig fint til prisen.

Dejligt resort
Generelt rigtig godt resort, god mad, god beliggenhed og god snorkeludflugt med båd fra hotellets område. Blev tørret lidt af hotellets taxaservice både mht pris og bestemmelsessted, så vær 100 % tydelig i aftalen før du siger ok og tager med taxaen

Samlet set vil vi sagtens kunne finde på at vende tilbage til dette hotel, servicen var helt i top, alt personale på hotellet var super flinke. Hotellet er kæmpe stort med masser af forskellige pools, grønne områder, lækker lagune, så det var helt perfekt da vi havde et spædbarn med til at gå hyggelige ture, uden at man behøver at gå uden for hotellet. Værelserne er ikke i 5 stjernet standard, nok mere 3 stjernet. De var noget slidte. Maden var ok, dog noget ensformigt.

fantastik sted
desert rose er et dejligt hotel. en skam der kun kommer russer til hotellet. har absolut ingenting at klage over. minibar var inkl med 1½l vand hver dag og hver 2. to sodavand, to juice, to danskvand. personale altid flink og hjælpsom. vil helt klar anbefale det til andre.

The food is great, the pools and aqua park are great, the sea and the beach are wonderful and reliable. The hotel is simply perfect. The only problem is mosquitoes. They did not let me sleep at night. Don't forget to use mosquitoes spray or other precautions.

Lovely and clean. However almost felt clinical and like a hospital. The beach is really big but it is a very long way from the hotel room. The decor is very tired I’m the rooms and reception area. Does not Falaky put you in a good mood.

Good holiday, location is geart, the food was good, the bar stuff were very friendly and lovely, as well as the restaurant stuff were very friendly, the workout classes was great thanks to the instructors and the stuff, the entertainment team was a bit poor or unprofessional as they see us sometimes without even talk. But overall anything else was good.

まず、このホテルは5星というのは誤り。招待した欧州の客人は、欧州では3・5星だと言われた。 看板に偽りあり。実際のところ3・5という評価は正しい。 バスタブはなく、アミュニテイーもかけており、エアコンはうるさい。電気ソケットも少なく苦労する。 家族連れの3・5星とすれば、食事もよく満足度も高くなるはずである。

Lo mejor: el personal extremadamente atento y rápido Variedad de restaurantes. Buffet variado y de calidad Piscinas y playa. A mejorar: habitaciones muy defasadas en confort. Dicen que reformarán todas las 900 a partir de este año Lo peor: sin internet! Hay que comprar un sim egipcio para comunicarse.

lots of to do, entertaining and a wonderful team to keep you busy all day. spoke all the languages. super friendly staff. Christmas atmosphere was the best. parade and gifting little ones on Christmas day were not expected. they put a lot of efforts. Our best was Soda club for drinks after dinner. before dinner winter gardens are so pretty. and obviously the crepe and waffle bar all cheffed on the pontoon cocktail bar/restaurant beautiful to see the sun rise and sun set everyday. Finally missing the one and only Casanova. Wont say anymore, find him on the beach but don t forget to bring him a banana. Highly recomended

Très beau resort ! 3 piscines de style différent et que dire de la magnifique plage en forme de baie avec des bar partout et un emplacement pour faire du snorkeling sur place. Belles grandes chambres, quoique vieille salle de bain même si très vaste, employés souriants et sympathiques.

We stayed in Desert Rose in March 2022. The overall experience was excellent. All the staff were friendly and always available to help. Especially Mr. Mahomud Abdel Samad in the main resturant and Mr. Milad Salama were always looking after us and paying extra attention to ensure that we are having great time. Customer service was exceptional at all levels. The main downside was the rooms as they are outdated and in urgent need for renovations.

Not renovated- only 1 building is 5 stars.
This is not a 5 star hotel. There is only one building that is renovated and properly “5 star” - the rest of the resort is not! In a real 5 star hotel you don’t get told “no” when asking for a bathrobe or slippers. They also have no shampoo and hair conditioner. The food is decent though and the food at the specialty restaurants was delicious. Problem was, someone checked on you every 3 minutes and so you couldn’t have a normal conversation! Also I was told there is “cctv” just because I wanted to bring some dinner to my room when I wasn’t feeling well. That felt a bit strange. The staff at this hotel are nice but it should be fully renovated before considering it 5 stars.

Also the small toiletries are available however, upon guest’s requests as we are a green hotel and we are reducing usage of plastic. We wished that you have informed us during your stay about all your issues in order to act accordingly as the records we have show only positive feedback from your side.
