When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this."

"Highly recommend Channel Cabin if you are planning a day trip to Bruny Island. It is just a short drive away from the ferry in Kettering. The boat cruise from Adventure Bay was the highlight of our trip!The cabin was very clean and cosy. The heat pump was sufficient to heat the whole cabin. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated having the air fryer and coffee pod machine. "Such a quaint place with lovely hosts, had a wonderful dinner close by and super close to Bruny Island ferry. Beds super comfy, kitchen well equiped, we enjoyed watching the ducks in the dam outside the kitchen window, hearing the chickens being chickens and having the frogs lull us to sleep. Would thoroughly recommend for those that love nature and beautiful things. "
