NOT as advertised - do NOT recommend
Unfortunately, there is quite a list of issues: 1. Upon arriving at the property, I still had not received information on how to enter - no code info. Had to email and then call. I am used to receiving that info at the time of my final payment or at least 24 hours before hand.
2. Property's actual condition was not reflected accurately in pictures provided in the VRBO listing. I believe they must have been uploaded at time of original listing and do not reflect current overall condition. For example: stains on rugs and couches.
3. There are a couple of items listed in comments from previous renters that were mentioned a year ago that still have not been addressed - the dishwasher, for example, is still not secured properly and falls forward when opened. Still not enough towels for a unit that also provides a pool.
4. Cleanliness/Appearance - - hair found in bed of 1st bedroom on hallway, dirt/grime around baseboard, garage where washer/dryer is located is full of dead bugs and dirty, screened-in porch so dirty we didn't want to use it at all, pool was full of debris and skimmer had not been cleaned out in quite a while (had to call about this issue), ants/flies in house, wasp nests in window sills, siding falling off of house, backyard overgrown with dilapidated structures in yard, brick decking around pool not secure and unsafe, threshold from bathroom to bedroom in primary bath were not completed, pan of grease left in oven.
