"We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect. Steps away from the beach, great restaurants minutes away and all of the accommodations needed to make us feel like we were at home. Looking forward to booking our next trip. "

"We had an outstanding family vacation at Denise’s beach home. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly and Denise was a wonderful communicator throughout. She even stocked the cupboard with some snacks for the kids and fresh flowers for our stay—very thoughtful touches. The pool and hot tub were spectacular for our four kids aged 3-8yrs and the home’s proximity made it easy to get to the beach, shops, and other areas like Disney and Newport. We will most definitely make it back to...

"Perfect spot in Newport Beach near to beach, restaurants, summer water sports, and shopping. Very clean comfortable accommodations with stocked kitchen, bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Very nice site for relaxing and enjoying the local area. Area is also a great jump off spot to Orange County activities if desired. Outside front patio (with barbecue (we didn't use) including dining table. Wifi was great. Communication with host was spot on. Would stay again."

"We had an amazing stay at this cute beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk (less than a block!) to the ocean. The hosts were fantastic with communication and even met us at check-in, which made everything super smooth. The house had great amenities to keep us entertained, and it really captured that laid-back beach vibe. It was clean, cozy, and perfect for our group of five. Plus, we were close to so many great restaurants and fun things to do. Would definitely stay here...

"We really enjoyed our time at this place! It had everything that you need, and included beach chairs, boogie boards and a couple of bikes to use during our stay! Parking included a garage, which was big enough to fit our Suburban, which was a big plus! Management team was very responsive to any questions we had and gave plenty of recommendations for places to eat and things to do! All ready planning our next trip!"

"Property was just as presented. Absolutely loved the rooftop area! Accomodations were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Communication was great and any needs were addressed quickly. Perfect, quiet location. Took advantage of Avantstay's recommendation for Hibachi dinner at home and that was a huge success. "We would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for the family. The backyard was very peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out there. There is a lemon tree with very tasty lemons. We enjoyed seeing and hearing all the kids in the neighborhood outside playing and having fun. It was also very quiet too. I would recommend staying here!! The homeowner was very friendly, attentive and would respond right away when we had questions which was refreshing not have to wait...
