"I happened to see this property on Expedia and it was located exactly where my wife and I wanted to go for our 33rd anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were totally impressed with this [boutique] hotel. The layout, friendliness of the staff, great location to all things Huntington Beach, and the incredible ocean front room (417) added immensely to our anniversary getaway! This will now be our annual anniversary trip in August to get out of the Phoenix heat! Thanks to everyone there for...
"Hardly slept because of mold in the room. The smell was awful. The hotel is nice but our experience with the mold made our stay not worth it. We got parking and resort fee paid by the hotel. "

"This was the most fabulous stay at Homewood. We were traveling with a group and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. There was always some one at the front desk to help and the folks on the kitchen staff were great. We will absolutely return to this hotel. For the price there is so much value there."

"Disappointed about the service level when we checked in. We arrived late due to flight schedule and we did not feel welcomed.
The AC in the suite did not work properly. When turned off, the room was super cold. The mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, would not recommend for adults.
