"Lovely warm and cosy room. Very comfortable. Just want you want when planning a trip to the area with the changing seasons. Great location for Downley Hill walks, West Wycombe and Princes Risborough, Aylesbury, Thames and Oxford. Nice helpful and obliging receptionist Narinder and the smiley guy whose name I cannot remember. Thanks, and see you again soon. 😃"

"Cosy small hotel, just beside the river Themes. Perfect location for relaxing, walking or running along the river. Path system follows the river, there are a beautiful little River Lock close by, and lots of beautiful sightseeing in the areal."

"Perfectly comfortable stay in good size room. Reception and bar staff are friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was a little underwhelming and the place is quite dark but otherwise would stay again."

"Well worth a visit for good food and nice staff"

"Great service"

"Dejligt sted, god mad, venligt personale. Vinduerne kunne dog ikke åbnes, hvilket var en udfordring på meget varme sommernætter.."

"Absolutely fantastic stay in a lovely cosy pub. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room we stayed in was amazing add to this the fantastic food and atmosphere and it all adds up to a memorable stay. We will be back again."

"De haberlo conocido antes hubiera planeado todo mi viaje en puros hoteles Premier Inn. Las instalaciones impecables, las camas super cómodas, con el Sainsbury al lado para comprar lo que te haga falta. Lo amé! El bar con ambiente familiar. Mil recomendado"

"Fantastisk oplevelse. Venligt personale, lækkert mad og hyggeligt værelse. Fin parkering i gården bag kroen."

"Vi ankom til High Tea og blev hurtigt indhyllet i alt det bedste af England. Kvaliteten, service etc - alt var bare fremragende. Brug dette hotel til et par dages afslapning, gåtur langs Themsen til Henley etc. Det er super afslappende i virkeligt storslåede rammen."

"Towels dirty.. "

"The room was very clean. We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned our room after our 1st morning, refreshing the towels and coffee, plus cleaning the bathroom etc. It was a windy and stormy time outside which meant muddy boots but the staff made sure all the stairs and hallways to our room were freshly cleaned. Great location. Near shops, restaurants, and a walk along the Thames. We appreciated our stay."
