Located in Las Norias, Huércal-Overa, Cortijo Sierra Enmedio 1 & 2 are self-catering casita/apartments set within a peaceful countryside retreat. Connected to the main house by a central courtyard, both casitas have their own private entrance and offer a tranquil space with a peaceful mountain backdrop.

The casitas can comfortably host anywhere from 1 to 7 guests, making them ideal for solo travellers, couples, friends, or small groups.

We've put them together for the summer season so that Guests have the option for exclusive access to a large, fully private swimming pool, reserved only for those staying in the casitas and cleaned daily for comfort and hygiene. With no nearby neighbours, you’ll enjoy complete privacy.

Just minutes from the main Autovia, the property is easily accessible via a fully paved road and perfectly located for exploring Spain’s southeast coast, nearby villages, and nature trails.

-Beautiful Beaches of Costa de Almeria some just 25 mins away including San Juan, Vera & Mojacar, also not leaving out Garrucha, a fishing village famous for its fresh, daily seafood straight from the boat to your plate

-Check-in 3 pm & Check-out 11 am
-Security deposit due on arrival and refunded at departure (not required for Airbnb bookings).
-Smoking is not allowed indoors

Pool hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (summer season)
Feel free to enjoy music by the pool — please keep volumes respectful to others
Please use plastic cups only to keep the area safe and clean
No running around the pool area for your safety
No diving to prevent injuries
No pets allowed in the pool area
Shower before entering the pool to help maintain cleanliness
Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided
Respect other guests by keeping noise at a considerate level, especially during evening hours
Children & Infants must be supervised by an adult at all times (if applicable)
