"Just wish hot water was present. I ran the water for 2 minutes no hot water. Above all, great staff. Communication was fast and top tier.
They speak great English.

"This is awesome place for someone who want to stay calm and get relaxed. The location is right into heart of Santiago where you can easily find fine dining and cool restaurants.
I hope you guys enjoy your stay like I do.
Regarding WiFi and hot water, air conditioning are perfect. It could have some problems for others but during my stay is perfectly working well.
Plus, the bathroom is spacious and I really love it."

"Lad det være sagt med det samme, hvis man vil være sikker på at der er vand i poolen på dette hotel, så skal man nok ringe i forvejen og spørge.. Én af grundene til at vi havde valgt dette hotel var netop pg.a. den udendørs pool, som så viste sig at være tom for vand.. Hotellet i sig selv var i ok stand, selvom man kunne se at det havde nogle "år på bagen", men tingende fungerede. Det befinder sig i kort gåafstand fra en del restauranter og barer, hvilket også er en fordel. Vi havde på forhånd...
