"I read the reviews and expect something much better, our rooms had a musty smell, had to let the rooms air out for a long time, but it wasn't until the morning that the smell finally left. Staff was very friendly and polite. I reported the TV not working, displayed was messed up, was told someone would come, no one did. Had to report again in the morning. Breakfast was standard, tasted good. It does have a pool and playground, it's a big property so walking is required to get to different areas...

"I used to stay at this hotel a lot and 2016 and it pretty much looks the same as it did then it could really use a facelift that being said though the rooms are immaculately clean. I messed up my booking through Expedia and the clerk at the front desk was so wonderful with helping me get it fixed. Expedia totally failed me, but the clerk at Green Stay literally saved my day and allowed me to go ahead and check in. I was very very impressed with the treatment I was given at check-in."

"Good hotel for the value. Stayed here to visit a family member at a nearby hospital as we are from California. The hotel location is central to restaurants and stores so a good location. But this is a value hotel with no real amenities excepts for a small pool and gym. With that said, it is a much higher quality than other value hotels and well maintained. Front desk was friendly and so were the rest of the workers."

"The room was gross and nasty dirty. After my shower, I put on clean white socks. With a few steps of the bathroom and the carpet, my socks were so dirty it looked liked I walked in mud!!"

"This was terrible! We will never stay here again. Lobby looked fine. Carpet to room was dirty and smelled bad. Very bad. Room smelled odd. Bed did appear clean- only reason we didn’t leave immediately. The AC kicked off/on all night and sounded like a low hanging helicopter- not joking. Room remained hot. The blinds did not block the high street lights from the parking lot. So the room was lit up all night. So after we attempted to sleep, we exited the room to find 2 men sleeping in the hallway-...

"The property appears to be relatively new and clean, but simple. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us recommendations for sightseeing (arboretum and Japanese garden) along as dining for the local cashew chicken restaurant. There were some patrons drinking outside along with what appeared to be an unhoused gentleman, but is close to attractions in town."
