"Arrived just after 10pm and the owner was very friendly and accommodating!"

"The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. And...

"Fine for an overnight stay but not an extended stay. Room is very dated and minimal comfort, no extra interior decor to help make it comfortable. Breakfast bar was very limited, basic staples nothing more."

"Stayed with the family. Room was spacious with full kitchen and a living area. Very clean and courteous staff. Breakfast was good. Parking was ample. The room was facing the river. I’d definitely go back again."

"The room was very nice but the shower had mold all around the bottom. The bathroom had motion sensor switches and the lights went off when I was showering. This is dangerous! They have a wonderful restaurant in the hotel but there is no place for a good cup of coffee. We love the Saratoga area and will be back."
