Step into a world of nostalgia, where Retro meets Millennial! Plan your next getaway in our unique interactive home in Montrose where photoshoots are 100% welcomed! Our home is not just a stay, it`s an experience that you don`t want to miss out on.

Montrose is located in the heart of Houston, known for it`s offbeat yet eccentric neighborhoods. Our space fits that theme very well! Our unit is in an aged complex with a creative artsy interior that is sure to feel like home.

This prime location in Montrose puts you in close proximity to tons of entertainment, dining, bars, and shopping, next door to Downtown, Midtown, The Museum District, and more! Museums are less than 3 minutes away. Midtown bars and eats are less than 5 minutes away. Both The Medical Center and Downtown Houston are only 9 minutes from our home. Hobby Airport is less than 20 minutes away & George Bush Airport (IAH) is just 25 minutes away! Not to mention to all of my partygoers, this location is a few street down from the hottest bars in Montrose, less than 1 mile from the hottest bars in Midtown, and only 3 miles from the famous Washington Avenue strip! So as you can see, you have tons of options! :-)
- Photoshoots and video shoots are welcomed and appreciated! Please inform us of the details of your shoot when booking. If you are expecting to have more than 10 guests, a fee may be applied.
- Check-in is 4PM, or anytime afterwards. Check-out is 11AM, or anytime before.
- Please be courteous of all neighbors and be mindful of your noise levels at all times, especially after 10PM.
- $100 fine for any guests not paid for/declared in the initial reservation.
- No smoking. If there is any evidence of smoking inside, a $250 fee will be issued.
- No food or drinks in bedrooms.
- Please treat this space as if it is your own. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Be sure to clean up after any messes you make, keep common areas clean and tidy. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located in the kitchen
- Makeup towels are provided as a luxury. Please do NOT use our white towels to clean your makeup. If any towels are stained, a $15 replacement fee will be issued per towel. For any linen that is heavily soiled, a $50 fee will be issued per bed set.
- No pets if pet fee isn`t paid. If there is evidence of any animals on the property a $250 fee will be allocated.
- Excessive cleaning if place is left filthy $100
- If anything is damaged or stolen, a replacement fee will be assessed accordingly.
