A three-floor private townhome in a secure gated community — one of the few Houston short-term rentals where every single bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, its own Smart TV, and its own floor. No hallway sharing. No waiting for the bathroom. Just your group, your space, your stay.

THE HONEST OVERVIEW

Three floors means three separate private spaces — great for groups who want to share a home without being on top of each other. The tradeoff is stairs between every level. If anyone in your group has mobility limitations please consider this before booking.
Parking is the most important thing to read before booking. The community driveway is shared and compact. Standard sedans and mid-size SUVs work well. Large pickup trucks and full-size SUVs will find maneuvering tight and may not fit comfortably. Two covered garage spots are included but the garage is accessed from inside the home with no remote provided. Street parking is available directly outside the gate.
This is a transitioning urban area near Downtown with a mix of new developments and long-standing homes. It is centrally located and well connected — not a suburban or luxury environment.
