To maintain the quality and peaceful atmosphere of this home, we require strict adherence to the following policies.
Booking Requirements
• Guest Limit: Strictly 23 guests maximum.
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. This will be returned after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur. Guests may instead opt for a non-refundable damage waiver (recommended).
• Lost Key Fee: Lost keys will incur a $150 replacement fee.
Strict Rules (No Exceptions)
• NO Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited.
• NO Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home.
• NO Outside Guests: Only registered guests are permitted.
• No Loitering: Please respect the neighborhood by not loitering on the sidewalk.
• NO PETS ALLOWED: This is a No Pet property, with the exception of certified service animals subject to the detailed Service Animal Policy.
