Lydia is designed for quiet mature stays. Guests seeking a calm, clean, and respectful environment will enjoy the space most. Not suitable for parties, events, or revolving door social connection.

Please note a similar house is being constructed next door — noise activity is minimal on the weekend and primarily weekday afternoons.

- This neighborhood is not conducive to party or event venue-like activity.
- Max of six guests, at all times, everyone must be platform registered, no exceptions (NO VISITORS).
