The staff lacked friendliness and made it clear that my reservation through Expedia meant I would not receive any special treatment typically offered to Hyatt members. Despite my repeated attempts to bring it to the attention of the management, the gym's broken AC remained unfixed throughout my four-day stay.

Convenient access to several restaurants and a mall nearby. Rates were pretty good, my room was clean, and the bar is open very late on weekends (I believe 2am?), which helps if you are getting off a very late flight and need a bite.

This a great property with all great amenities. The rooms were clean and just what we needed for 1 night. There was a very good variety of breakfast items and we would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable room, except for the cold water in the shower. Very nice lounge, bar, restaurant area convenient for any time of day. Staff was accommodating and attentive, thank you Stevie.

Clean hotel, shower was a nightmare.
Room was clean and comfortable. However there is little to no hot water and the shower head is not adjustable blasting you with very high pressure streams of water. The shower overall is a train wreck.
