This is a multi-unit property, and guests have access to shared outdoor spaces, including a courtyard with seating and a free laundry area located in the rear shed. A gated pet area is also available on the left side of the building. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests, and occasional noise may be heard.

Located near EaDo, you’ll be close to restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, with quick access to Downtown Houston, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, Discovery Green, and major highways. The Texas Medical Center and NRG Stadium are also easily accessible.

Register all guests (and approved pets) on the reservation
Respect quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM
Keep the thermostat at 70°F or higher with fan on AUTO
Dispose of trash in bins along the fence line
Lock the door when leaving the unit
Be respectful of neighbors and shared spaces
Don’ts
No smoking inside ($350 fee)
No parties, events, or loud gatherings
No illegal drugs or firearms on the property
No unapproved pets
Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or other items ($400 plumbing fee)
No confetti, glitter, or candles
Do not move furniture
Property & Fees
Damages or missing items will be charged accordingly
Gate remote (if provided) must be left in the unit ($100 replacement fee)
Check-In / Check-Out
Early check-in: $30, subject to availability
Late check-out without approval: $50+ depending on delay
