    THE HONEST REVIEW

    This is a historic building — some sound transfer between units is normal, and street-facing windows mean occasional outside noise. The Third Ward is urban, real Houston, and actively redeveloping. If you need quiet suburban surroundings or luxury finishes, this isn't your spot. If you want a clean, well-maintained space with a host team that actually responds, you're in the right place.



    ⚠️ Guests with 3 stars or less (or no review history) must complete a security deposit or damage waiver before check-in. Mandatory — no exceptions.
