"The assistant manager was very helpful with the issues I encountered.
The a/c didn’t my first night there so I was moved to another room where the a/c worked but the phone didn’t. The TV was unplugged and the cable plug was on on the floor. The out cover by the bed was not covered, and the wires were hanging out. The refrigerator looked like it was bought a garage sale. The windows did not go all the way down. The countertops in the bathroom had stains on them. Apparently they only come in to...

"Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there."

"We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night."

"The hotel is pet friendy which is great. But on their website they dont tell you that there is a non refundable pet charge. I can see not getting it back if the pet damages the room with pet hair from shedding, or pet smell, or pet messes. But my pet doesnt shed, is trained and left no damage. In that case i believe you should get the 70 pet charge returned. The same as if adults dont damage a room, the fee is returned."
