"Here we go. As soon as I enterrd the the gate, Mr Carlos, the security officer greeted me like a bro, Ms Mermaid arranged my staycation and fixed some problems of my online reservation. Ms G. works hard to keep everything nice and clean. She even walked me to the JUTC center just in case I get lost. Good location, with beautiful pool in the yard. "The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. "

"Great hotel with a wonderful pool. We could see the ocean and Port Royal from the balcony. Great location for visiting the Bob Marley museum and Devon House. We also drove to Port Royal, about 35 minutes away. There was an issue with our first room, that was handled very professionally and to our full satisfaction by the front desk. Good pool bar and restaurant. "
