"We stayed five nights at this resort. The grounds are very nice and well maintained, and the beach and outdoor areas are attractive.
Unfortunately the rest of the experience did not live up to the five-star standard advertised. The rooms appear to be finished with fairly low-quality materials – our first room had cracked tiles, scuffed furniture, and poorly finished bathroom surfaces. "One of the best resorts i have stayed at. The best service and top notch staff make your stay memorable. Hospitality is top of the chart with the most courteous staff who are always there to help and address all your needs. "the rooms were really worn and in poor condition with many patches and the cleaning was poor. the first room we got, there were long black hairs in the beds and the bathtub was not cleaned.
The second room we got was less dirty, but was so over-furnished we could hardly be there.
when the cleaners had been there, there was a smell of old acidic floor water.
wi-fi kept dropping out and you had to connect every time you changed location in the hotel.

"The hotel is in the middle if Naama Bay but it was very quiet and peaceful inside.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The front reception manager said if I didn’t mind waiting 20minutes I could have a poolside room. While I waited the staff brought me a welcome drink of fresh Hibiscus juice.
