"We were in what was considered a suite. The sofa bed when opened left no room between in and the king bed therefore in an emergency situation there was no exit space without climbing over the bed. Also the mattress on the sofa bed was awful. Things seemed clean but there were items like the hinges on the door in the bathroom that looked dirty because it was rusted. The staff was excellent to work with. WiFi was okay but when you tried to get on it stated that it was only available to Marriot...

"This hotel was great. We were there for a concert, and while they didnt offer a shuttle to the concert, they were very helpful in calling one for us. Staff was nice. "

"The old Lackawanna Train Station is incredible. Service and food at bar was very good. Sign inn counter staff could have been more enthusiastic, but maybe the huge crowd on Monday and Tuesday had worn them out!"

"More of a motel than a hotel, which suited me perfectly because I was travelling with my dog. I was able to park directly in front of my room and walk into it at ground level - no stairs. The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked very well, which was great because it was a very hot day. The fridge wasn't working so I called the front desk. "Great place to stay for a long weekend. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The Buffet breakfast was ok. Could have had more variety. Our room was very spacious and clean. And if you like soft beds you will be very happy in the room. I was very happy with the product that I used the bathroom was very clean . I would stay there again ."

"Main lamp with broken switch, couldn’t turn on. TV remote didn’t always work, had to adjust volume on the TV directly. Bathroom mirror had glass missing on edge, the entire mirror should be replaced. Really old curtains need to be replaced. Some outside areas were very dirty, not cleaned in a long time. No mulch in the garden, exposing dirty plastic sheets. These are all easy fixes, but they give the impression of being too cheap to improve the appearance of the hotel."
