"A lovely one night stay. A couple of things I think to improve on. 1. Have the hot tub ready for guests to get in once they arrive. We waited an hour & a half to heat before it was warm enough. 2. A mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold & milk rather than have to collect from the restaurant. "Hotel itself was excellent. Problem was hotels.com which said that that hotel was wheelchair accessible, but was not clear that the rooms which we booked were not accessible. Despite booking several weeks in advance the hotel was only advised of special requirement (wheelchair access) on the day of our visit, by which time all wheelchair accessible rooms had been taken."

"Awesome stay. Cool little room with everything you could want, nice and quiet (on a Wednesday night). Car park was full when I arrived but there is free evening parking nearby so there was no issue. Walkable to shops and pubs/restaurants. Will be back. Oh, also staff was excellent and they had liquid dnb playing in the lobby in the evening. Loved it."

"Lidt sjovt. Da vi ankom ingen i recptionen, for de havde travlt med et bryllup.... endelig op på værelset,,, Først duede bruseren ikke, så vi flyttede værelse. Der var der kun koldt vand, og det spruttede ud af hanerne indimellem. Morgenmadsdamen sagde god morgen på både engelsk og fransk og vinkede når vi kom og gik. Blev ret irriteret på andre gæster, der ikke satte sig og ventede pænt. De fik lov at vente en halv times tid! Men sjov oplevelse. Og de var meget gode til at beklage og undskylde...

"After returning to the area after 16 years, we chose this hotel for the personal touch over other chain options. The hotel's staff was amazing and accomodating. They provided great service and every meal was delicious. The Thomas Paine Museum was of special interest and full of information for this history buff. We cant wait to book our next trip."
