"The hotel is not being kept up and it’s certainly not clean. There was a used diaper by the elevator for more than a day, chicken bones on the floor in the pool area and the same two dirty towels in the gym.
The staff barely acknowledged us, ice makers were all broken, and the keys stopped working every day and had to be reprogrammed. Staff told us this was because we had adjoining rooms.
I would not stay here again."

"This hotel is what you would expect any hotel to be, until it gets to the staff. For some reason no one ever stays at the desk! You have to locate them. Once located, they’re both friendly and helpful."
