"Booked for son birthday. All he wanted was to stay at a hotel & go swimming. We check in, no warning or anything. Have cake & ice cream, get changed just to get to the pool & no access. Yes, they offered to shuttle us 15 minutes down the highway to another hotel with a much smaller pool that was packed. The whole experience was awful & a waste of money. And no one knew what was wrong with the pool. No empathy. No discount on anything, not even the $20 they charge to park! Never again."

"As this was our vacation trip and I had never been to Philly before I researched a lot of places to stay and ended up choosing this location. With that being said, I am a bit disappointed with the stay. I specifically chose this location based of the location itself and then the pool. Yes, I read prior reviews regarding the pool and the "maintenance issues". When I had read the reviews prior to the booking, they were a couple weeks old... mind you I booked this reservation 11 months in advance,...

"If I could give a negative rating to this hotel, I would.
The room is so dirty; there are stains on the carpet and bed sheet. The microwave and fridge are rusted.
The craziest part is the stinky smells in the air, even though I sprayed the room with perfume, it still doesn't help. Just terrible"
