"This was a great way to end my vacation, since my flight arrived at a late hour into TYS. It is an easy and straight walk from baggage claim to the Hilton,or they will come get you in their shuttle. The hotel is great. Pool is fun, too, Restaurant and bar on site."

"I previously stayed in this Hampton on a few occasions, during which time several areas were in the process of being remodeled. On this occasion, the room I stayed was absolutely perfect...The room was immaculate, the bed super comfy, the layout and decor impeccable, the restroom lighting and counter space amazing. I did not partake of breakfast or use the pool so cannot comment on those items; however. I did note that the shuttle van was always on hand for guests, and there are complimentary...

"Well this was the first time I had a chance to take my Granddaughter who is 6 out of state and a stay in a Hotel. We both loved the environment, the staff and accommodations. My only issue was washing my Granddaughters hair in the tub - I needed a cup or a nozzle to rinse her hair out properly. Using the shower head from a distance was not favorable."

"I read all the reviews after booking. I almost canceled but decided to rough it out. Boy!! Nothing could be farther from the truth. The staff was friendly, the room was impeccable, bathroom was clean and sheets were clean. Breakfas area clean and good food. I don't know if I was even at the right Hotel. Seriously nothing to complain about. "

"Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy"

"Forfærdelig beliggenhed. Stærkt trafikeret HWY i begge retninger. Næsten umuligt at krydse. Stærk flystøj. Megen støj fra biler og højttalende personer uden for værelset efter midnat. Var ved at komme for sent til fly, selv om vi havde aftale med portieren. Chauffør, som efter aftale skulle være gratis mødte åbenbart ikke op. Jeg blev tilbudt selv at ringe efter vogn. Efter lidt brok fra min side, kontaktede han så privat taxa, som vi betalte $ 10,- for turen. Rar chauffør. Men Hotel sammenlagt...

"The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel."

"I just needed a room for one night (~10 hours) and I found out his is the kind of place you stay at when you cannot afford a more expensive hotel...I learned my lesson. Maybe some of the other rooms are nicer (?). No light over the main living space or even a bedside lamp-just a strip light over the sink at the far end of the room. Also, not carpeted (tile), so the picture on their site is not how my room was set up. To their credit the bathroom was clean, and it appeared the bathroom and sink...
