"Room was clean and well appointed. Front desk staff were excellent. I found the restaurant food quality average and the staff poorly trained and not able to either communicate well or provide good service. Housekeeping was good but again staff didnt seem to understand or follow up on basic needs. E.g. no face towels were provided. Laundry service was excellent and prompt. I liked the hotel and will stay there again. All these things are fixable by the management and I hope they can make them."

"Centrally located, staff were excellent.Did not have any meals so I cannot comment on that. Property was clean. What you pay is what you get . Showers should have just a curtain so the toilets are hot wet all the time."

"Yore tilstand fin med port og sikkerhedsvagter. Fin reception og spiseområde. Mange til ekspedition og med god høflig betjening. Høj renlighed. Middagsmad var fine velsmagende indiske retter. Morgenmad var kun Indiske varme retter som vi sprang over. Værelser var middel standard med aircondition. Udsigt fra værelses vindue til nabogrund med slum bebyggelse af blikplader. Man kan kun komme rundt i byen med taxi, da der ikke er fortove og trafikken er ikke til at man går i vejsiden."

"Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving."

"Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did. The room was smelly and there was no hot water. Staff acts oblivious to any issue if...
