"The Hampton Inns usually get a better rating from me. This time the elevator was not working, so getting luggage to and from my second floor room was unpleasant. A desk clerk helped get luggage up the stairs during check-in, but was not available during an early morning checkout. My other gripe is the very low toilet heights, making it difficult for weak/elderly customers to get up. "We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning.
We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus."

"First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...
