"Our room came with a full kitchen.
Location was 15 mins of everywhere.
Close access to food, OSU, Easton center etc. hotel had a laundry and a small gym and was pet friendly.
It had an odor in the room (like a musty smell)
The bed was uncomfortable and noisy."

"We booked a two-bedroom suite, and both rooms were stocked with TVs and comfortable beds. The walls weren’t thin, which was great when my boyfriend was visiting loudly with his brother and I went to sleep a bit earlier than them. The kitchen amenities were great! There was a dishwasher as well! The shower had good water pressure and temperature.
The pool doesn’t get sun until midday, so we didn’t end up being able to use it - we also didn’t see a hot tub at all though. I did use the gym, and...

"Had a fantastic stay at Jungle House in Downtown Columbus. The loft was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. The host was responsive and accommodating, and the entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. I would highly recommend Jungle House to anyone visiting Columbus and would gladly stay here again."

"Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened."
