"CONS- Basic rooms okay for a night stay in case of a layover. It’s on a busy and noisy street and the rooms are not sound proof. The Bathrooms need a serious update as there is no separate wet and dry area so the entire bathroom gets flooded when you take a shower and the water does not drain quickly.
The fan regulator of our room was not working so the fan ran on full so had to keep it off and even the Ac’s temperature could not be regulated with the remote.
PROS - The breakfast was fresh,...

"Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive.
