What a waste of money must be thick in office don’t understand about airline changes. So keep asking for more information. What more do they need the flight was brought forward by ONE day. PLEASE PLEASE DON’T waste your money on this insurance scam from Expedia."

"The price that we paid for this stay was not worth it. The place was empty, needed a lot of maintenence. I expected a lot differently for the price. Had just 2 days to spend before leaving Türkiye and was kind of thinking with all the kids acitivities options we could spend a lot of time there. The room was clean, the pool was in a good condition and the animals were cute. The night staff was friendly. But its not a place where we arrived and felt welcome. "

"The property was very maintained and adequately comfortable for our short stay . The bed was very comfortable , the room had air conditioning/ heating which was very efficient . Only couple of things that would have made 5 stars , had to ask for some towels and it only had a mirror in the bathroom . Minor details . If you can hire a car it’s a good location from some beautiful places . We did have to get taxis everywhere but I am sure the bus service would be more efficient in the busier...

"Due to the amount of rain and end of season The sun bed mattresses were wet and lots of leaves on them .. It would have been better if the had removed them then put them out again . "

"Staff was great. They have bikes that make it super easy to get to the marina (main area). Easy to walk too. Beautiful pool and courtyard. Not new but well maintained and clean. Nice breakfast."
