"The whole place smelled like weed, and there were a lot of sketchy people around. We didn’t feel safe. The room seemed clean, but not in the best shape. The refrigerator/freezer was dirty. Some damaged spots on the walls. The bathtub was not in good shape. There was no hair dryer. It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed, if not the worst."

"Due to weather, my flight was cancelled and I had to spend the night in Charlotte. I booked a room on Expedia. When I called the hotel asking where to pick up the shuttle, the woman answering was talking to two other people at the same time. Expedia said there was a free shuttle, She was very curt and said the shuttle stopped service at 11. Then she hung up. I took a taxi to the hotel. When checking in, a different woman was behind the front desk. She didn’t even have the courtesy to say hello....
