Experience the luxury of this brand new build, featuring a full kitchen, dining space, comfortable lounge and three almost identical queen bedrooms designed for ultimate comfort.

The Master Queen bedroom 1 is located at the end of the hallway with it's private ensuite bathroom.

Queen bedroom 2 and Queen bedroom 3 are located in the center of the house and share bathroom facilities.

The toilet is separate to the shower, bath and sink.

Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. The spacious walk-in pantry offers ample storage, keeping everything organized and within easy reach. Perfect for culinary enthusiasts and those who love to cook, this kitchen is designed to make meal preparation a pleasure.

At The Barn each room offers a tranquil haven with modern amenities and stylish decor, ensuring a restful stay. Perfect for groups or families, this contemporary retreat provides ample space, stunning views and absolute privacy.

When you stay at this property, you will have the entire place to yourself without any direct neighbours.

There is plenty of parking available.

We will either meet you on arrival or will give you access to the key lockbox. We are only minutes away should you need us.

Linen & Towels are provided excl. Beach Towels which can be hired for $5.00/each.

Ecostore products are also provided at the house.

We stock up the pantry with cooking oil, salt & pepper.

Cleaning is included in the rate, please leave the house tidy.

A portacot is available upon request and can be hired for $45.00/stay.
