Welcome to `Waterside Haven` a perfect getaway in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas! Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature, our charming home offers an unforgettable retreat for families, friends, and groups seeking relaxation and adventure.

Situated in the heart of Hot Springs Village in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains our recently renovated paradise is surrounded by an array of attractions, ensuring endless fun and entertainment for all.

Our spacious house boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 13 guests. With 4 king beds, 4 twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds), and an additional sleeper sofa, everyone will have a cozy place to rest after a day of exploration.

The indoor fireplace adds warmth and ambiance during cooler evenings, while the outdoor fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows under the starlit sky. Enjoy the serene beauty of the water with over 200 feet of waterfront property, providing a tranquil backdrop for relaxation and recreation. And for some friendly competition or indoor fun, our rec room offers a variety of entertainment options including shuffleboard, board games and cards. For water enthusiasts, the house comes equipped with 2 kayaks, 2 kid kayaks, 4 stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), and a paddle boat for guests to explore the lake.

The entire home is yours with the exception of the garage.

Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted by the abundant opportunities, but please note that guests must bring their own fishing gear and an Arkansas fishing license to cast their lines into the sparkling waters. For those seeking some friendly competition, local lawn sports like bocce ball and croquet, as well as pickleball and tennis courts, await. Additionally, over 30 miles of trails provide ample opportunities for hiking and biking adventures. And when hunger strikes, choose from our selection of 8 restaurants offering delicious cuisine to satisfy every palate. Punch cards can be purchased for local village activities, ensuring you make the most of your stay.
* CHECKOUT TIME IS 10AM SHARP, if leaving late a $100 fee maybe accessed.
* Please keep the indoor furniture indoors
* Return boats/lifejackets to original location.
* Place all trash in the wheeled receptacle outside.
* We have a 6 car max, 4 in the driveway and 2 on the pad near the road. PLEASE NO PARKING ON THE GRASS.
