Linens, towels and toiletries. We provide linens, towels and toiletries. Please bring your personal beach towels for use at the beach and other water activities.

Pets – Pets allowed with payment of pet fee per stay for each pet. You are limited to two pets. Please clean up after your pet. Bring your own bags for disposal of pet waste.

Noise Level - Excessive noise after dark is prohibited. Be courteous of your neighbors. Any citations due to noise or any other disturbances will be your responsibility. No outdoor activities or noise is permitted after 10pm at the house per the Property Owner Association rules. Any citations incurred will be at your expense.

Parking – There are two designated parking spaces in front of the townhouse for you to utilize during your stay. All cars should be parked in a parking space and not on the street.

TV – The property has three smart TV’s for streaming. Please use your own log-in for streaming. You are responsible for any fees associated with any shows/movies you watch.

Washer/Dryer – The laundry room has a washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent.

Patio Table/Chairs/Cushions- The patio table seats 4. Do not take in-door pillows outside. Close umbrella at the patio table at the end of your stay.
Patio lights – Please turn off patio lights nightly by 10pm.

No Smoking – Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Occupancy – Overnight guests are limited to 6 people. Invited guests limited to 4 people. Invited guest will need to be provided to us in advance so their names may be added to list at guard shack entry to Hot Springs Village.

Swimming/No Lifeguard/Bring Life Jacket – You may walk over from townhome to lake DeSoto. You should bring your own life jacket. No lifeguards are on duty. Please watch young children closely as the townhome community sits on Lake DeSoto.

Damage – You are responsible for any damage to the property you or your invited guest cause.
