This wonderful property is located Ponce De Leon Golf Course, just minutes from the East Gate of Hot Springs Village. There are 9 fantastic golf courses and 11 lakes within 15 minutes of the Pool House. HSV has every amenity: world class golf, pickle ball, tennis, fitness center, concerts, fishing, boating, swimming, and much more. HSV is an amazing place to visit.



The Pool House is designed to create your perfect vacation. This house is tastefully decorated with large open rooms and comfortable furniture. The heated indoor pool is sure to be a hit all year round. The pool is 12` x 30`, large enough for all to enjoy. Floatation devices are provided. The game room is a favorite space to hang out, with pool, darts, T.V., and ping pong. Boredom is not a thing in this house, it really does have something for everyone. The deck and sunroom both have wonderful views of Hole #9 of Ponce De Leone Golf Course.

This property is located just steps from the Hernando Trail, the longest trail (8.6 miles) in the Village. The Hernando trail connects to many of the amenities on HSV and is perfect for your golf cart, biking, or hiking.

Six vehicles are easily able to park in the driveway providing ample parking for larger groups.

The Pool House on Ponce sleeps ten, with 4 bedrooms. One king suite, one queen bedroom, one king bedroom, one large bedroom with a king bed and a twin trundle bed. The two king bedrooms, and the queen bedroom, are on the main level. The large bedroom that sleeps four is on the lower level. Each bedroom has its own T.V. and walk-in closet.

The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and everything you will need to entertain.

This property, located in Hot Springs Village, one of the best vacation destinations around, is sure to be a hit with you and yours.

There are three areas in the house that our guests do not have access to: the pool mechanical room downstairs, the cleaning supply closet downstairs, and the linen closet in the upstairs hall.

We ask that our guests stay out of the rough terrain located between the house and the golf course. Our guests can access the Ponce De Leon cart path by traveling southeast on the Herendara Trail 100 yards.

*All people staying, whether they swim or not, must sign the Swimming Pool Waiver.

*No Pets.

*No pets in the Pool Area - There is an additional fee of up too $2000 if the pool
needs to be drained do to dog hair.

*When children are present, the pool room child safety lock must be locked.

*Children under 15 must be supervised in pool areas by a parent.

*There should always be more than one person in the pool area when someone is swimming.

*No diving in the pool.

*No glass in the pool area. Plastic cups have been provided for that purpose.

*No running in the pool area.
