The mountain view & the babbling brook were spectacular!Minutes away from the Hot Springs Spa where we went in the tubs twice!!Good restaurant across the street and ice cream around the corner.I had the best Birthday of my life.

The place is in a great location. Right next to all the good drinks and eats in hot springs. It was spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay again

Loved staying in a centrally located place. It was perfect for us. The check in and communication was outstanding. Air conditioning kept the temperature perfect inside. My teenage girls loved being ableTo walk to Bluff Mountain Outfitters and Artisun on their own. We will be back for more fun in Hot Springs!

Great location, comfortable rooms and bed. Simple and easy check-in/check-out process. Some of the dishes (plates and mugs) were not clean. Shower and other appliances made high-pitched, whining noises that we found unpleasant. Not a bad place to stay overall, but it felt a bit pricey for what you get.

If I could give the host 6 stars, I would! Very kind and helpful when I ran into some travel issues. Comfortable rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Smack dab in the middle of the cutest town ever. Highly recommend!

Sarah’s place was exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy but very nice place for a couple of days. Sarah and Keith were fantastic!

I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!

Great Hikes

Great stay- town has plenty of things open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Also most pet friendly.We did a new hike every day all were again pet friendly and had water access to cool down.Great place for outdoor activities.

Some dust in areas that indicated gaps in cleaning. Bathroom tub needs some attention to function better. Shower curtain holders barely attached to wall. A/C functioned great, beds were fine.

Super Location

This place is super convenient for any trip to Hot Springs. It is centrally located for walking to anything you would want to visit in Hot Springs and a good base place for local adventure.
