Have a restful night's sleep on the king-sized electric, adjustable bed with a brand new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress. We also have a queen size sleeper sofa pullout with a brand new mattress. The kitchen is equipped with all new Samsung stainless steel appliances. New basic cookware, utensils, dishes, silverware, and Char-Broil electric grill also provided. Condo features a tiled walk-in shower with bench seat; bath linens provided.

***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2024. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2025. The lake is scheduled to be lowered 3ft.***

***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum reservation. Certain holidays may require a 3 night minimum reservation.***
