Great, quiet stay

Had a great time. Check in was easy - the house was clean, and it was quiet and a good home base for going to the park or downtown. I would stay here again.

The location was nice but the master bedroom needs a newer mattress. My husband is tall and sleeps all over the place. Neither one was able to sleep except unless we nap on coach. The master bed had torn sheets, noticed it first day. other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

It was clean but it smelled very musty. I would provide room spray and candles. There were some there but they were all used up. We bought one and left it there.

Family vacation

Great location. House was very clean. Only negative I can say is that the house has a musty smell and the toilets are very low.

Comfortable beds are important and they were! Older house with character. Everything you need, we didn’t grill or stay outside. I would stay again if needed.

Great property!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this property! Booking was a breeze and the owner communicated well before and during our stay with checkin details and reminders for check out. The home was clean and perfectly located in a slightly secluded neighborhood. A short 7 minute drive to down town. Overall a wonderful experience and we look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. At first there was a little hiccup with the water being off due to some maintenance but the owner was quick to respond and it was smooth sailing after that was fixed. The beds were excellent, and while the kitchen could have been better equipped ( only 1 tiny frying pan) , we enjoyed the our time. We were able to take advantage of the great weather and played dominoes and cards out on the deck. The location was good for getting into the historic district and getting to Garvan Gardens ( Highly Recommend !) Would consider staying here again .
