Please Note:
*** The splash pad is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time
*** The property is pet-friendly up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet deposit of $500
*** The property is NOT fenced in completely, pets must be kept on a leash and/or supervised
*** Pool heat is by request only, must give 48hr notice! Any shorter notice is not guaranteed and will result in an addition $50 fee
*** Pool heat is $100/day for the duration of your stay
*** Pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st
***In extreme cold weather typically between December-February the pool heat will not be super efficient. Especially when temperatures are below freezing.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file.
***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.
***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.
***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.
*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. In the event of an emergency outside of these hours, please take note of the following:

Non Emergency: Such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a voicemail or send a text message, and we will promptly return your call the following morning. However, should you encounter a situation requiring immediate attention, such as plumbing or HVAC issues, we recommend contacting the appropriate 24-hour service providers listed below. Please note that our availability for assistance is limited between the hours of 11 PM and 8 AM. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
