Welcome to Gone Coastal! This lakefront renovated 500 sq condo is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood right off the Main Channel, on Ouachita River, close to the Dams chilly waters. The water stays cold due to that reason. Great spot for fish! Gorgeous lake/river views. This condo is located on the outside of hot springs. If traveling at night there are a lot of turns and dark roads. About 20 min to the main part of Hot Springs.

One of our top priorities is to maintain a healthy, safe, and secure location for all guests in this community. In order to maintain this we ask you to read the following

If you do not have a profile picture before booking we require one of the following two things.
*Either upload a government ID to Airbnb or send a photo copy to us through Airbnb messaging.
(This also helps us get to know our guests better)

We only provide the first set of amenities such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc.. if more is required the guests are responsible for them for the remainder of their stay.

We really strive to keep our guests mental and physical wellbeing in mind. With that being said we are sanitizing behind each guests and asking if you are sick with any symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with COVID- 19 to not book until you are clear. Thank you for your patience!

This is a smaller 500 sq ft condo 1 bedroom 1 bath. Bedroom has queen bed and bathroom has a shower, no bathtub on property, and is a bottom level condo. We provide Netflix and secure WiFi for all guests. We do not have cable. The smart tv is set up with apps like amazon And more but you have to log into your own account to use those, otherwise enjoy Netflix on us! Perfect for 2 and located in a quiet friendly community with gorgeous Lakeside views. Pull up in a boat or relax in some of our beach chairs alongside the lake. Waters stay about 50 degrees year round. Really perfect for fishing or relaxing on a raft on hot summer days. In the evening when the temps fall you might get a chance to see the fog swarm the river!

Historic Downtown Hot Springs is only 10 miles away about 20 minutes give or take and Oaklawn racing and casino is 12 miles. Make sure to check out some restaurants downtown or cruise up to central ave for some shopping and more! Harps grocery is just 4.6 miles down the road alongside McDonald’s.
Laundry mat and gas stations just a quick 5 minute trip away! Be careful driving at night some roads are curvy and dark.

We are on the outside of hot springs attractions. Perfect for relaxing and getting away but not too far from town either. Make sure to watch out for deer as you might see them crossing the road sometimes!
Guest access
You have access to your own parking spot. And the boardwalk and community grills and any part of condo. Although there are 2 cabinets in the kitchen on the far bottom right that are for host property too. Please do not try to open these. They are for cleaning and stocking to make your stay more pleasurable
