"The cottages had recently been renovated and were very nice. It was impressive how well they kept the cute historical ambiance, while updating everything. We did have a delicious breakfast in the Best Court Cafe next door. My only complaint is that it rained the entire time that we were in Hot Springs, which is normal for Arkansas in the spring. But, we got soaked moving into our rooms on the 2nd floor and again when we were loading out to head home. It would have been really nice to have had...

The back parking lot is older and not attended and I wasn't sure if this was part of the place. The Derby Inn is gated so we felt secure there. "We stayed in Hot Springs for a day and were looking for a decent hotel close to the downtown area and park. This fit the bill perfectly. The property was pretty clean and they served continental breakfast. All in all, not a bad hotel for the value."
