"Property is beautiful and nicely decorated. Screened in porch had damage to the screens so we didn’t use it. Ac was loud upstairs and there was a apartment attached to the property that wasn’t listed in description wasn’t a problem for me but a heads up that someone lives on property and their vehicles would be parked in back of property would of been nice. Overall a great stay, it was ready on time, check in was seamless, and it was very clean. I would back in to the property if possible...

"We were looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting my son who attends school nearby. The home looks virtually brand new and met our needs perfectly. It’s located within 5 minutes of all the shopping we needed. The neighborhood is under construction, but it was very quiet and peaceful during our visit. Chris, our host, was in contact regularly as our trip approached and quickly responded to any questions. "

"My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. "Do NOT rent this place. The host reached out to me on the very day i was to check in to tell me about a safety concern with the floor and then when i expressed concern about staying there refused to let me out of the reservation and to give me a credit. Just trust me, don’t stay there. "

"We had an amazing time... Our entire stay was like vacation away from home at home..... Very cozy, relaxing and many things to do in the surrounding area. Zack and his wife were very kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and more they definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.... We even got a welcome basket which was super cute ... This is definitely our go to spot whenever we are in GA!!!!! "
