Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others."

"The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. "Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation. "

"The room was newly refurbished, good standard, bright, modern, all the basics, plenty of power points with built in usb ports. The staff were helpful, friendly and tried hard. They were let down by outside contractor not fitting a new boiler properly so it took time before the hot water was fixed. Letsface it , Yarmouth has a lot of old crumbly hotels that need a lot of work. While overall the Hotel looks dated they are doing up the rooms. It is a bit hit and miss but you're not paying much so...
