The Waters condo pool has recently reopened and is available to use during your visit. This pool is specifically for guests of the condos. The Resort amenities and pools are not included in the reservation. Also, the Yacht Club is private and you will not be able to access.
This awesome space offers awesome views of lake LBJ. Containing every amenity and comfort of your own home, you will never want to leave. Come and enjoy this one bedroom property at The Waters Condo on Lake LBJ. The property is located in the heart of Horseshoe Bay and right across from the Horseshoe Bay Resort Yacht Club. This complex has some amazing amenities, such as the beautiful shared pool, BBQ area and social areas. The property can comfortably sleep 4 people.

The Neighborhood:
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredricksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has alot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.
Getting Around:
A car is required to getting around Horseshoe Bay.
Other Things to Note:
The Horseshoe Bay Resort and their amenities are not included with renting this property. You will not be able to use any of the resort facilities unless you are a member or guest of a member.

Upon arriving we found the elevator inoperable. A nearby resident explained it had been out for 2 weeks. And “The owner or manager should have told you before you arrived.” He did not.As seniors we had difficulty climbing several flights of stairs with heavy luggage. Not to mention dangerous- a fall would have been catastrophic as we both have bone issues. Upon entering the condo we were hit with a strong odor of cigarette smoke, despite it being a listed as a nonsmoking unit. Balcony view of the lake is way overstated in the property description as “outstanding.” It is a very minimal water view with obstructions. Broken window shade in master that couldn’t be lowered for privacy. Unclean dishes in the cupboard. And no shower curtain, only a plastic liner available. When contacting the condo manager about the aforementioned concerns within an hour of our arrival, we received no response. This stay was intended to be a source of relaxation for my wife and myself. Instead it was a source of exhaustion and frustration. Unfortunately we are unable to consider this condo unit for our many repeat visits to Horseshoe Bay. We know unexpected things can happen… we too have rented our condo. So we know it is imperative to notify renters prior to their arrival if you want to avoid a negative rating. Nobody likes disappointments, especially on vacation.

Great stay!
This is a great spot for a trip to Horseshoe Bay and surrounding areas. Condo is cute, clean and the bed is comfy. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Owner is friendly and responsive as well.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO!
We really enjoyed staying at this Horseshoe Bay condo. The property is beautiful and the condo itself is well appointed with decor and furnishings that are top-notch! The king sized bed was so comfortable! We rented a boat and after a day on the lake, the condo was a cool and comfortable place to relax until dinner. The property manager was excellent to work with! Very prompt in answering our questions and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
My only negative comment is, after reading previous reviews, we were under the impression we could eat at the Waterfront restaurant located within the property. We were able to get a table but only after the manager made it clear that the restaurant was for members only, however, he made an exception for us as the restaurant was not busy at the time we went. He put us down as being a "guest of a member". If you don't want to risk potential embarrassment or questioning, I wouldn't attempt the Waterfront restaurant. It is clearly stated in the property description that the Horseshoe Bay amenities are not included with this rental, so it really was on us for trying.

Wedding Weekend Getaway
Looks even better in person than it did online.
Both beds were surprisingly comfortable. Large bathroom.
Closer to the pool and wedding venue than staying in the hotel.
Would very much recommend! My friends that stayed in the hotel were envious we found such a great place.

Good location and super clean!
This property was easy to access and the location was perfect for us.
It was advertised as having pool access, so we packed and planned for that, but the pool is closed for the season due to construction.
Overall, the stay was good.

Lovely and comfortable property. When we had one small glitch with the lock mechanism for the condo, the owner responded promptly and fixed the issue in a very timely manner!
