"The cottage was cute and rustic. Perfect size for the 2 of us plus a dog. For the most part it was clean. Dirty broiler pan in the oven and ants everywhere. There was 1 ant trap that was overflowing with ants and we ended up buying ant spray. The outside garbage can was full when we got there attracting ants and wasps. The mosquitoes were so bad we had to buy mosquito spray just to walk outside so we weren't able to enjoy the fire pit or the outside patio. No instructions were sent regarding...

"While the grounds and lake were great (the only reason for the 3 stars) the home left a little to be desired for the price. Fan in bathroom halfway hanging out of the ceiling, doorknobs on vanity in bathroom came right off when trying to open, curtains over sliding doors were ripped off the grommets, shower head leaking and spraying everywhere, bedside light didn’t work, and outdoor motion light didn’t work. And seeing as how there are no porch lights on the side or driveway this was major. We...

"Beautiful views! The house is located right on the quinault rainforest loop. Absolutely stunning area! The host was very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Kitchen was well equiped and the washer/dryer really came in handy after those soggy hikes!"

"Everything was good with the exception of the door lock is very difficult to operate. An outdoor table would be a nice addition. Kitchen is very functional and all appliances worked properly. I would certainly stay on that property again. Water heater sprung a small leak, which I reported but no one came to fix it. We were able to manage it by wrapping towels around the leak, no big deal."
