"Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors were locked, I ended up going out back to the dumpster. Only one fob was provided when the listing mentioned two. The ice maker in the fridge did not work but it was like that when I arrived. Bags of...

"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside."

"I was there for an NFL game, so my mood was pretty good. I decided to drink a beer at the bar after an 8 hour trip to get there. There was happy hour by the time I sat by the bar, so I asked the bartender if happy hour was 2x1 to which he replied yes. "We do not recommend this hotel. The overall vibe is creepy meets dated meets dirty. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. We were given a new, larger room. But the bathroom in the second room had a terrible mildew smell. The wallpaper in the room was peeling and the furniture and bedding is extremely low quality/uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was not edible. The server was nice, but seemed apologetic about the quality of the food."
