"Staff was amazing , assistant general manager “Chatey” was great also the night shift people were great “ Devin and Noah “ , they were all great help !!!
Hotel is very clean , breakfast is as good as what you expect for the pay.
Room didn’t have any bad smell or any bugs so that is also great. Location is fantastic, everything you might want is close by.
I definitely recommend this nice hotel

"We were in town for the Yacht Club Festival and the Hyatt was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable; the windows were huge with a view out over the river but had excellent curtains to block out the light of the city.
We were in and out several times to visit parks and attractions around the city and it was quick and easy to text valet and retrieve our car. It was a quick, safe walk to the festival grounds. I would definitely book here again. "

Literally the only reason I didn't give 5 stars all around was that we weren't told to use our key card to access our floor so the first 2 elevator trips were slightly confusing. The room was very clean, the view was gorgeous especially at sunrise, and valet parking was a huge bonus."

"Great hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area."

I mentioned to the manager that I thought the hotel was quite new, she told me it was 20 years old! Wow.
