With a king bedroom, queen bedroom, full kitchen, WiFi, and space for four, it’s a comfortable base for couples, friends, or small families exploring southern Belize.



The Space:

Surrounded by tropical greenery, this two-bedroom home offers a peaceful base for up to four guests, with private indoor and outdoor spaces and convenient access to the development’s shared amenities.



The open living and dining area provides comfortable space to relax together, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, a TV, and views of the surrounding greenery.



The kitchen is equipped for meals at home with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and ice maker. An indoor dining area provides space to gather for meals.



The home accommodates up to four guests with one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, complemented by two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.



Covered outdoor areas overlook the tropical surroundings, while the garden or backyard area and BBQ grill provide additional space to enjoy time outside.



Guests also have access to the community Beach Club and shared swimming pool, located separately from the home and reached by a short drive.



WiFi, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer add convenience during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

The home is located within Red Rock, formerly known as The Reserve / Sanctuary Bay, a residential development in the Sittee River area of southern Belize. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, the setting offers a quieter, more rural experience while providing a base for exploring Hopkins, Maya Centre, and the natural attractions of the surrounding region. Your next adventure can be accessed from Placencia and Dangriga Regional airports or the Coastal highway from Belize City.



Getting Around:

A rental vehicle is recommended for exploring Red Rock and the surrounding region. Roads within the development and surrounding areas may be unpaved, and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended during the rainy season when road conditions can be more challenging.
