Hope Town's Top Rental: Beachfront sunsets, AC, free boat dock, & close to town!

This renovated home sits on possibly the most ideal homesite on the island: An actual beach-front house, level lot, sunset view, on the calm side, perfect soft sand, crystal clear swimming waters, good privacy, and right at the top end of Hope Town. Brand new air conditioner, new chef's kitchen, open-concept, and new back-up whole-house generator, all newly renovated bedrooms, new flooring throughout (not in the pictures yet!), new stainless steel appliances including a second mini fridge (comes in quite handy for bigger groups!), and new clothes washer and dryer. Master bedroom with a king bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom which has two full-size beds in a bunk (adult size), and a twin bed (thus sleeps 4 in that room), and a pull out queen size bed in the main room. 2-minute walk from the North-End Public dock ferry drop-off, free boat docking 80 meters from the house at a newly built dock, and a short bike, boat, or rental golf cart to Hope Town and the restaurants, and yes you can cart through town now and south to the rest of the island's attractions as well (we have a town gate pass for you so you can access everything). It's only a 15 minute ferry or boat ride over to the dock from the mainland, which is only a 5 minute cab from MHH international airport! Great snorkeling right off the beach, especially around the reefs at the north tip. Some renters have even caught bonefish right in front of the house after seeing them swimming by from the deck! We usually have at least 1 or 2 kayaks, some floaties, a paddleboard, etc., although sometimes they are broken or go missing and it takes a bit to order new ones in from the US. We have a great relationship with the cart rental company, so they will drop off carts right at the ferry or boat dock for you, or at the house if you prefer. We also give you a full info guide, custom-curated by us, for most of the great things around the island, best practices at the house, and lots of other good info, and we email this to you well in advance of your trip so you can plan out all the best things! For restaurants, there are many amazing spots just a short cart or boat ride away including Captain Jack's, Firefly, Abaco Inn, Hope Town Inn & Marina, On Da Beach, Mackey's, Golden Kitchen, and more coming soon! However, keep in mind that one of the nicest meals you will have is BBQing looking over the beach and sea, and for that, there's a huge grocery store in Marsh Harbour near where you land (usually a great spot for a first big shop before you come across), and a small grocery store right in Hope Town. For high season (May to August) please try and book at least 6 consecutive nights; however, if you want to stay less, just inquire here and let me know what you're looking for and I will do my best to make it work! There is a reason this is not only the most rated, but also the highest rated rental house in all of Hope Town and Elbow Cay!

We had a great stay! The view was beautiful and the instructions sent to us before arrival were clear and helpful. We rented a golf cart from Wilma that works out good. It is about a 7 minute golf cart ride into town. The house has everything that you need in the kitchen. We would stay here again!

Great Location, Privacy and Peace!

Having a swimmable beach right at the house was a great blessing and kept the family close and connected. We would definitely stay here again.

What a view! Perfect house for our family of six. We had the best stay in Hope Town. Owner was very responsive. I even left my wallet and his team secured it and got it back to me. Highly recommend this location.

Beautiful location and home

We had such a wonderful stay. Kevin was extremely responsive and informative with things to do on the island and how to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Elbow and Hopetown are just amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Great Location

Our stay at the Beach House was awesome. Great location on the north end of the island. We had a golf cart and the house provided the gate key required to allow golf carts through the settlement.The house is very private and we really enjoyed hanging out on the covered porch and the beach in front of the house. We also rented a boat and the community dock a short walk away was really great.We plan to return in the future.

We enjoyed the beach just steps from the house. The views were great and the house had all the necessary items. Boat dock is brand new and just a short walk from the house.

The house was perfect!! So open but cozy at the same time. The kitchen/living space was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The beach views were stunning. You can’t beat sitting on the beach taking in the beautiful Bahama blue water or watching the sun set. It was super easy to get to by boat. We docked and it was a very short walk with our bags to the house. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms were clean. Just a heads up you are on the far North side of the island so you definitely need to rent a golf cart or have a boat to get around. The owners were super nice and responsive. They gave amazing recommendations and had answers to any questions you might have about the house and the island. We definitely would recommend and will look for this house if it’s available in the future!!

Charming beach house

Family of 5 had a wonderful time. The house was cozy and nice, and the beach was perfect. Kids played on kayaks and snorkeled to find sand dollars and starfish all day, everyday. The sunsets were gorgeous, Definitely our favorite time to be out on the beach and walking to the North. We would love to go back again and again.

Waterfront home w/spectacular views.

Great property with spacious living area. Amazing beach, perfect for swimming, sandy bottom and shallow. House is in North End which we love. A little further from the settlement but less busy and more private. We've stayed here 2 years in a row and plan on returning.

Our Time at Beach House...

Was absolutely incredible! The house was clean and spacious for a family of 6. Also, if you walk out the back door you are on the beach in less than 30 steps. My family and I had a great time and would highly recommend staying here to other travelers. We will probably be back again next summer!
